The completely automatic galvanising plant in Oblast Rjasan was put into operation successfully at the beginning of 2013.
The plant has an automated pre-treatment and zinc line.
With a tank size of 13.0 x 1.8 x 3.2 m, 80,000 tons can be galvanised each year.
Even from an environmental technology perspective, the plant is state of the art and is equipped with encapsulated pre-treatment including an exhaust air scrubber in accordance with the KVK system.
