The innovative concept of an encapsulated pickling line for the pipe industry based on the KVK system was realised here for the first time.
The crane works fully automatically and requires no operating staff inside the encapsulated pickling plant.
Since acidic and corrosive fumes cannot escape from the encapsulated pre-treatment, processed and unprocessed tubes can be stored adjacent to the pickling area, facilitating an optimisation of internal transport.
