Confronted with increasing environmental regulations and higher demand for galvanised material, the owners of Rendsburger Feuerverzinkerei, the hobby RV enterprise, decided to invest in a new state of the art hot dip galvanising plant.

The particular challenge here was in completing the construction of the new hot dip galvanising plant and simultaneously continuing to operate the old plant at the same location.
Through perfect collaboration between the involved companies, it was possible to complete this very complex project in the allocated amount of time.
The fully-automated plant with the encapsulated system, based on the KVK system, meets all environmental regulations and guarantees the highest quality with the minimum use of resources.
With a tank size of 7 x 1.2 x 2.8 m, this is one of the most high-performance plants in the field of standard constructional steelwork in Northern Germany.
