KVK heating panels are used to heat up the pre-treatment tanks, such as degreasing, phosphatising or pickling (pickling agents maybe HCl, HF, HNO3, H2SO4 or mixed acids) up to their very specific optimum process temperatures and have been designed to withstand the rough working conditions in pickling plants for stainless steel (e.g. tubes).
Depending on the customer’s preference, hot water, superheated water or steam can be employed as heating agents.
As well, KVK heating panels can be retrofitted onto existing tanks.
On top of that, Koerner supplies the complete temperature control system!
