A special type of our KVK tanks has been designed to fit the working conditions in pickling plants for stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. Tank walls are made of our proven KVK panels, which are manufactured as one continuous seamless piece for the individual tank geometry. Thus, there are no weld seams that would cause additional stress.
The option to integrate suction channels in the lateral side walls of the tank or to install automatic covers on high temperature baths, represent a main advantage especially in this industrial sector.
Any damage to a KVK tank can be easily repaired on site by in-house staff, without removing the tank from its position and without any impact on its life span.
