Weert Groep is a family-run company which identifies with words such as sustainability, quality and customer satisfaction. The selection of partners who subscribe to these values is an essential aspect of our philosophy.

 

We first made contact with KVK KOERNER in 2005 and as a result we began to replace our PP tanks in the pretreatment plant at the hot-dip galvanizing plant on the Stramproy site with KVK tanks.

 

We gradually modernized the hot-dip galvanizing plant’s entire pretreatment section.

 

2005: 1 KVK pickling tank & 1 KVK flux tank (19.5 x 1.85 x 3.45 m)

 

2006: 4 KVK pickling tanks (19.5 x 1.85 x 3.45 m)

 

2008: 1 KVK pickling tank (22.33 x 1.77 x 3.45 m), 1 KVK pickling tank (13.8 x 1.77 x 3.45 m), 1 KVK pickling tank (8.01 x 1.77 x 3.45 m), maintenance operation

 

Due to the amazing robustness of the KVK tanks and not least because of Koerner’s expertise in respect of system design and project coordination, in 2012 we decided to build our second hot-dip galvanizing plant on the Stramproy site jointly with the KVK Koerner company.

 

Together with KVK KOERNER, we developed special solutions in accordance with our ideas that were implemented in the new installation. KVK KOERNER was a very competent partner for us in this project and with its plant expertise it made a significant contribution towards turning the innovative design concept of the new galvanizing plant into reality in line with our ideas and expectations.

 

2013: complete pretreatment plant

  

We have come to know KVK KOERNER as a competent and reliable partner and are very pleased that it has been possible to continue the excellent longstanding collaboration between us. A collaboration that for now has reached a climax in our new installations.
