KVK tanks have been especially designed to withstand the rough working conditions in pickling plants for hot dip galvanising. Tank walls are made of our proven KVK panels, which are manufactured as one continuous seamless piece for the individual tank geometry. Thus, there are no weld seams that would cause additional stress.

KVK tanks are resistant to all chemicals used in pickling plants (HCl and H2SO4 as pickling agents, acidic and alkaline degreasers, preflux etc.)

Due to the outstanding mechanical properties of the materials used, it is possible to heat the chemicals up to the respective optimum process temperatures.

Any damage to a KVK tank can be easily repaired on site by in-house staff, without removing the tank from its position and without any impact on its life span.

Special manufacturing processes and the robust design of KVK tanks guarantee an operational life span far above average.

Numerous reference plants both in Europe and overseas, some of which have been in operation for 10-20 years now, prove the chemical and wear resistance of our KVK tanks.
