When pickling tubes in bundles it is vital to avoid permanent contact points to the single tubes in order to prevent pickling defects. This is facilitated with the help of KVK bundle separators.
The bundle is put on the bundle separator causing a relative movement of the tubes within the bundle.
The bundle separator units are very robust and resistant to the chemicals used in the surface treatment. They can either be put into the tanks or suspended.
