KVK heating panels are used to heat up the pre-treatment tanks, such as degreasing, preflux or pickling, up to their very specific optimum process temperatures and have been designed to withstand the rough working conditions in hot dip galvanising plants.
Depending on the customer’s preference, hot water, superheated water or steam can be employed as heating agents.
As well, KVK heating panels can be retrofitted onto existing tanks.
The KVK heating system is designed to create circulation within the tank by natural convection, thus, no additional pumps are required for external circulation of the process liquid.
On top of that, Koerner supplies the complete temperature control system!
