KVK heating panels are used to heat up the pre-treatment tanks, such as degreasing, pickling, activation, phosphatising up to their very specific optimum process temperatures and have been designed to withstand the rough working conditions in tube pickling plants.
Depending on the customer’s preference, hot water, superheated water or steam can be employed as heating agents.
As well, KVK heating plates can be retrofitted onto existing tanks.
On top of that, Koerner supplies the complete temperature control system.
